Non-Refundable Membership:
All memberships purchased from Xpress Club & Resorts are strictly non-refundable once activated or partially utilized.
Cancellation Before Activation:
If a member chooses to cancel the membership before using any services, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted. The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 90 business days, subject to written approval.
Cancellation After Usage or Booking:
If any night has been utilized or a booking has been made:
The cost of utilized nights or booked stays will be deducted at actual rates.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 90 business days after internal evaluation.
Refund Method:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. No cash or third-party account refunds are permitted.
EMI Customers:
Refunds are not applicable to members who opt for EMI-based membership through financial partners. EMI must be settled with the respective provider.
Service Disputes:
In case of a service-related dispute, the company will review the case on a case-by-case basis. If found valid, appropriate compensation (not necessarily monetary) will be offered at the company's discretion.
