Refund Policy – Xpress Club & Resorts

  1. Non-Refundable Membership: All memberships purchased from Xpress Club & Resorts are strictly non-refundable once activated or partially utilized.
  2. Cancellation Before Activation: If a member chooses to cancel the membership before using any services, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted. The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 90 business days, subject to written approval.
  3. Cancellation After Usage or Booking: If any night has been utilized or a booking has been made:
    • The cost of utilized nights or booked stays will be deducted at actual rates.
    • The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded within 90 business days after internal evaluation.
  4. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. No cash or third-party account refunds are permitted.
  5. EMI Customers: Refunds are not applicable to members who opt for EMI-based membership through financial partners. EMI must be settled with the respective provider.
  6. Service Disputes: In case of a service-related dispute, the company will review the case on a case-by-case basis. If found valid, appropriate compensation (not necessarily monetary) will be offered at the company's discretion.
